A Note from Your Guide

Hello tender-hearted one, 

I’m Mary - a Mystic and Soul Guide for Radical Embodiment.

I lost my beloved fiancé in a tragic river accident in which I was unable to revive him. I was annihilated and his death has become a catalyst for me to support others in navigating their own sacred waters of grief.  I believe our greatest wounds become the our greatest medicine to offer the world.  I’m committed to help those who have faced what feels unbearable - to find purpose in their pain, honor their wild and mysterious journey, rediscover their resilience, and reclaim their joy — by providing a refuge of support, connection and healing. 

A mystic and priestess at heart, I draw on over 20 years of experience - in facilitating deep healing and transformation. My offerings weave shamanism, akashic therapy, neuro-emotional reprogramming, energy-work, somatic healing & embodied movement, nervous system regulation, breath-work, meditation, mindfulness, adventure, therapeutic touch, ritual & ceremonial arts and host of other sacred tools. Many clients say I channel divine guidance in a grounded and embodied way.

I was raised in a Mormon family where I never fit in — and my journey through rebellion, self discovery, severe depressions, codependency, and entrepreneurship — led me to embrace spirituality, guide others in cultivating their own truth and aligning to their soul's sacred calling. My soul mission is to be a divine spark and lead those willing to do the deep work - to a fully expressed life of joy, play, magic, depth, connection, presence, purpose & fulfillment. 

I am dedicated to helping truth-seekers liberate themselves, reclaim their real, raw truth, and return to the sacred in order to cultivate freedom, connection, intimacy & purpose through group coaching programs, 1:1 mentorship, retreats, and ceremonial offerings around the world.

I currently live and enjoy the mountain mermaid lifestyle in Utah with my beloved dog Buddah.
