A few years ago, I made a choice that changed everything. From the outside, my life looked stable and beautiful. I was living in Colorado, in a safe and loving relationship, in a life that made sense on paper. But inside, I knew I was not fully alive.

When someone from my past re-entered my life, something in me woke up. I was drawn not only to him, but to a lost part of myself — a part that felt brave, passionate, and deeply alive. Following that truth required me to leave the life I had built.

For a few brief months, I lived inside the love I had risked everything for. Then he died suddenly, and my world shattered.

In the aftermath, I was left not only with grief, but with a deeper spiritual question: What does it mean to trust your inner knowing when it has led you to devastating loss?

That question transformed my life.

Over time, I came to understand that trust is not certainty, and inner knowing is not a guarantee of safety. We are not promised a life without heartbreak. What we are offered is the chance to live honestly — to stay true to what is most real, to remain open, and to participate fully in the mystery and vulnerability of being alive.

That understanding shapes everything I do.

My work is grounded in truth, presence, emotional honesty, beauty, and aliveness. I am here for the moments when life asks us to become more real — through grief, desire, transition, loss, love, and the courage it takes to stay open.

I don’t offer formulas for avoiding pain. I offer space for deeper self-trust, deeper truth, a more fully inhabited life, and aligning to our soul’s highest mission & expression.

I used to think trust meant believing I would be protected.
Now I believe it means staying open to life, even when life breaks your heart.

We have a choice to become a victim or to turn our tragedgy into medicine to share with the world.
