My story in a nutshell >>>

I didn’t fit into the Mormon family I was born into. My struggle to break free and find my own path, purpose & bliss took me on a diverse, wild path, of self exploration, discovery & healing.

Travel. Sex. Adventure. Anthropology. Design. Conservation. Rivers. Yoga. Paddleboarding. Wellness. Expression. Creativity. Intuition. Massage. Nutrition. Energy work. Holistic Healing. Shamanism. The divine irony is that in my 20+year journey- I’ve come full circle from the rebellion & rejection of religion, god & spirituality to embracing my purpose to guide women in healing & connecting to the sacred power within.

Now I get to play integrating my passions to share experiences to help you Heal. Awaken. Align & Attract a life of possibility, joy & play!

I’m a mountain mermaid that finds her bliss in the mountains and on the water. I love to dive deep. I love to get intimate. I’ve always craved deep, meaningful connection. I’m an adventuress who roams the globe seeking magical spots in nature, new perspectives, cultures, experiences, culinary delights & soul expansion. I’m a spirit junkie. I get obsessive with self inquiry & exploration… and I am addicted to oracle decks! lol.
