The Primary modality used in my Root & Rewire method is The Rapid Reprogramming of Emotional Stress Technique (rREST)- which exists at the crossroads of neuroscience and magic & focused on emotional agility and neuroscience. rREST focuses on changing the underlying subconscious memory mechanism to stop automatic, ineffective, or inappropriate emotional reactions.
Developed by neuroscientist Dr. Cynthia Sholes to permanently quiet emotionally charged, subconscious memories hidden in the amygdala. It works by using biofeedback on the physical stress response to identify and release traumatic memories without requiring the user to relive them.
Mechanism: The modality addresses the "lizard brain" (amygdala), which triggers stress, fear, and anger. It bypasses conscious thought to access and clear ingrained stress response patterns that create "buttons" or triggers from childhood trauma.
Process: The technique uses biofeedback to detect when a person's stress response is activated, allowing the practitioner to work with the subconscious to neutralize the emotional charge of a memory.
Goal: The aim is to shift from a "Brain 1.0" (fear-driven) or "Brain 2.0" (burnout-driven) state to "Brain 3.0" (the wise, integrated brain)

With this sophisticated method, I am able to tap into your energy and use a form of remote muscle testing to access your subconscious minds response. An intuitively guided step by step series of questions allows us me to work with you in creating a rough outline of original event. Once fleshed out, we do go through a somatic emotional processing and release process. Then we plant new seeds for the response and energetics. It’s a lot of neuroscience, with a little bit of magic.
